Damaged Merchandise: Claims for damage during shipping must be made by you to the delivery carrier within 3 business days.

Returns & Exchanges: To return or exchange any item(s), please call first for verbal authorization. Properly pack, insure, and ship the item(s) by ground pre-paid. We will refund your return shipping charges if the mistake was ours. Returned items must be in original boxes, unused, and resalable condition. Returns are subject to a restocking charge of 15% or $5.00 (whichever is greater). Any merchandise held over 90 days may not be returned.
